Head Honcho || Designer & Photographer

Born and raised in NY’s Capital District, a thriving hub of live music, Elissa is an award-winning & published music photographer and graphic designer. She excels in rock & synthpop, but enjoys being in the pit for any and every genre. She has worked with several labels & agencies including Elektra Music, Nettwerk Records, Pavement Entertainment, and 300 Elektra (formerly 300 Entertainment). The driving force behind BxB, she approaches her designs the same way she approaches her photography: colorful, layered, and full of depth. She’s an avid fan of board games, orcas, superheroes (Dick Grayson & Captain America are her faves), a good audiobook, really really long road trips, and comedy.

Andrew

Videography Consultant

Andrew has quite a bit of experience under his belt with 6+ years behind the camera in the field and more than 12 years as an instructional designer & video creator. Video is the most-watched and some of the most influential content on the web, and Andrew has all the skills to capture the attention of your audience. Whether it’s in studio or on-location, he has the tools and expertise to capture and produce the high-quality video content you need. Andrew loves spending time with his wife and two children and can be found listening to everything from The Beatles, to Imagine Dragons, to Cody Johnson.

Sarah

Digital Marketing Consultant

Sarah has been working in marketing since 2016, specifically in the auto and fitness industries. She studied business and marketing at Skidmore College and graduated in 2017. She recently opened Wave Marketing Company with the mission to bring affordable marketing services to small businesses. In her free time she likes to go to the gym, read a book or listen to some of her favorite music artists—Taylor Swift and Kacey Musgraves.

    Jupiter (Jupey)

    Jupiter is an expert at camouflage in the dark. She loves to climb into warm laps of friends and strangers alike. She is an excellent thief of all things people food, and a big fan of stealing people’s spots. In her spare time, she catches mice, moles, salamanders, and and frogs. She loves to listen to purr-gressive rock.

    Loki (Mr. Pokes)

    Loki is a Norwegian Forest Cat who is very aware of his good looks. Loki loves taking the form of either a liquid or a loaf, long naps, knocking pens off of tables, and playing fetch with pipe cleaners. He is good at trying to escape when the door is open. He’s a musical cat, who trills and chirps, and loves viking folk music and sea shanties.

    Zeus (Jesús)

    Zeus is a timid, but sweet boy. He’ll take a long time to warm to you, but once he does, he’s incredibly affectionate and will ask you to be picked up or for kisses. He loves being perched high at the top of his large cat tree. You can often find him singing his own rendition of “The Meow-rige of Figaro” by Pawmadeus Mozart.
